Ingredients: Beef or mutton 1 kg, chopped onion 1 cup, soybean oil half a cup, garlic paste 1 tablespoon, whole pepper 10-12, basmati rice 1 kg, saffron a little, kerozal 1 tablespoon, salt to taste, ghee 2 tablespoons, sugar 7 – 8 tablespoons, 2 tablespoons of butter, 1 cup of carrots cut into thin strips, half a cup of raisins, almonds in quantity, pistachios and cashews and one tablespoon of lemon juice.

Method: First fry the onion well with oil in a fry pan. When it turns brown, add garlic paste, salt and pepper and add it to the meat. When the meat is grated, let it boil with about 2 liters of water. Caramelize it with little water and sugar in a pan.
