Its name is Keukenhof Garden. Also known as the 'Garden of Europe' by many. Located in the city of Lisse in the Netherlands, this garden is the largest tulip garden in the world. The garden was established in 1949 under the supervision of a charitable organization. A number of tulip tuber growers and exporters participated in the first year Tulip Flower Show. And it was opened to the public in 1950. This year, the garden was opened for visitors for the 75th time on March 21. It will be open for 8 weeks i.e. till 12 May. The 32 hectare Keukenhof Park covers a large part of the tulip garden. About 7 million flower seedlings of 800 species are planted here annually.
