Ingredients: Chicken 1 kg, Berista quarter cup, ginger 1 tablespoon, garlic paste 2 teaspoons, red chili powder 2 teaspoons, turmeric powder 1 teaspoon, cumin powder 1 teaspoon, garam masala powder 1 teaspoon, sour curd 1 teaspoon, Mix cashew-pistachio batter 2 tablespoons, poppy seeds 1 tablespoon, cumin seeds half a teaspoon, cinnamon 3 pieces, bay leaves 4, green chillies 10, oil half a cup and salt to taste.

Method: First blend curd and beresta. Now cut the pieces of meat in a bowl. Rub this meat with a mixture of a little oil, onion paste, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin, poppy seed powder, garam masala powder and sour curd for 2 hours. Now put the pot in which you will cook the meat in the oven. Heat oil in a pot and add bay leaf and garam masala. Add the marinated meat. Drain slowly and let the meat boil in water. Cover on low heat for 20 minutes. Stir the meat a little. Now when the meat is half cooked, cover it again with peanut butter and simmer for 20 minutes. If the meat is not cooked, add little hot water. When the meat becomes soft, cover it again with green chillies and raisins for five minutes.
