Ziyadush complains that he is feeling better after two days of treatment. Yesterday, Tuesday, he returned home with a discharge from the hospital. He went to Sadar police station to file a case against the attackers that night. When asked to meet the officer-in-charge (OC) of the police station regarding the complaint, the duty officer said, 'OC sir is outside the police station. Complaints cannot be accepted without talking to OC sir. If you want to meet the OC sir, come tomorrow (Wednesday).'

When asked about the non-filing of the case, Saihan Oliullah, OC of Bogra Sadar police station, told Prothom Alo that he was there on Tuesday night to keep the highway free of traffic for the Eid journey. He is not aware that anyone has come to the police station to file any complaint against the MP.

Jubo League leader Ziyadush Sharif said that apart from the names and identities of the attackers, the complaint also mentioned Ragebul Ahsan, the member of parliament, as the guide. Because the attackers entered the outpost with the parliamentarian and carried out an ambush in front of many people. The MP has direct support in this attack. The Jubo League leader claimed that the attackers were members of parliament and his son's friends.
